- Account and Password
- Some parts of the Services are provided to Customer via a dedicated account on the Website, pursuant to which Customer will create a unique user-id and password.
- You’re responsible for keeping your user-id and password confidential. You’re also responsible for any use of any account that you have access to, whether or not you authorised the use. You’ll immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your accounts.
- You are solely responsible for any losses, damages, fees or liability due to your lost, stolen, hacked or otherwise compromised user-ids and passwords.
- We don’t have access to your current password, and for security reasons, we may only reset your password to do so please contact us.

- You agree that Handa Training & Development Ltd may use updated account information provided by your issuing bank or the applicable payment system, if applicable.
- You agree to update your account and other information, including email address and payment method information, in a timely manner so that we can complete your transactions and contact you about your transactions as needed.
- If you request us to stop using your payment method and do not provide us with a different payment method within a reasonable period of time upon our request, we may suspend or terminate your paid service for cause. A change to your Billing Account will not affect any charges made by us to your existing Billing Account until we have had a reasonable opportunity to act on that change.
- Refund Policy
You may cancel – with or without cause – within a cancellation period (“Cancellation Period”) of 14 (fourteen) days from the date of purchase. If the Service has been partially provided at the time of cancellation, you will receive a pro-rata refund. The cancellation period will end once the Service has been provided to you in full, after which you will not be able to receive a refund of your purchase. If you purchase digital content from us, you forfeit your right to cancel as soon as you start the download process. Unless otherwise specified by law or by a particular service offering, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
- Price Changes
If your Service Offer has a fixed term and price, that price will apply for that term. If you wish to continue using the Services thereafter, you must agree to a new offer and price.
