You have enrolled to complete the Level 4 Independent Advocacy Practice. This course is provided by Handa Training and Development Ltd, and the awarding organisation is City & Guilds.
This optional unit will focus largely on your practice assessment through:
- Advocacy Practice Records
- Full Case Record (Redacted)
- Practice Observation
You need to submit 3 Advocacy Practice Records relating to the optional unit you are undertaking. Please refer to the guidance in the lessons for what you need to do with submitting these records.
You will need to submit all 3 Advocacy Practice Records and your Full Case Record before they are assessed.
When you have finished this task and submitted all your records, your assessor will receive notification and assess your work. Where necessary they may give further guidance in order that you may complete it successfully.
Please refer to the guidance below regarding your Practice Observation.
You will also need to complete the remaining lessons and submit the assignment to pass this unit.
Please allow 5 working days for your assessor to complete your assessment, but we do try and reply within a shorter timeframe if commitments allow.
